Vinegar is a natural condiment.
Low in calories, vinegar can give sparkle to simpler dishes and saving heavier condiments: a few drops are enough because the vinegar has a strong taste
In contact with the intestinal bacterial flora, the vinegar performs a disinfectant, purifying activity and prevents the formation of slag deposits
Vinegar has various uses in the kitchen and can be used for:
- marinate the meat and fish
- prepare the vinaigrette
- make the steaks soft
- degrease and soften the sausages
- clean the fish more quickly, without excessively impregnating the hands with bad smells
- keep the boiled fish white and whole
- preserve the cheese
- eliminate the bacteria left after washing the vegetables
- facilitate digestion thanks to its acidity
